Stacks

Stacks (or regimens) are a group of common items with different intended purposes that work together for a greater overall effect. User's have made stacks for many goals such as: Cognitive Enhancement (Nootropic stacks), Working out (Pre-workout and Post-workout), Fat Loss, Aging (Longevity) and even Hangovers. You may build a stack with common supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs, and even things like recipes, water in-take, exercises, meditation, yoga, whatever you like. A sample stack for pre-workout could contain BCAA's for reducing fatigue, Caffeine for energy, and perhaps Nitrate. It really depends on your biology and goals, but when combined with reports from other user's and evidence based research presented on this site, it should be easy to determine the best product to buy or ingredients you should stack for your health goal. Enthusiasts/Biohackers love building and optimizing stacks because it helps them achieve their goal much more easily. You can take it a step further by recording your experience in a StackLog to quantify your experience/keep track of what worked and what didn't. Most commercialized supplements could be considered stacks because they may contain a multitude of different herbs and chemicals. Using this stack to regrow my brain, improve cognition, and maximize both healthspan and lifespan. Very open to analysis and advice. Hope this stack helps others like me. Trying to reverse cognitive damage: because - Mother had very poor diet and low choline intake during prenatal years (Mother's Choline intake is very important to fetal brain development especially Pre Frontal Cortex and I think Hippocampal or amydyla) - Was fed formula milk, and back then formula had far too low levels of choline (Same as above basically) - 3rd degree burns at 14 months old. It was touch and go for weeks. Then for 3 years the twice daily trauma involving ripping open my burns so they wouldn't thicken and immobilize me... this was all repressed and came up in the psychedelic therapy. Anyway Early childhood trauma inhibits brain development of %u2013 prefrontal cortex, anterior cingulate, medial frontal cortex, subgenual cingulate, ventral striatum, ventromedial prefrontal cortex, amygdala source - Went through lots of depression from age 12-25 due to mother's 8 year fight against cancer. I retreated to video games literally possible hour I could. High stress shooting video games. This certainly didn't help brain health. - Got Lymes disease and didn't take my antibiotics, so it turned into chronic lyme. Didn't realize how serious it was... slowly deteriorated year by year with chronic lyme until last year when I finally realized what was happening and kicked the chronic lyme. But.... Lymes does a lot of alzheimers type damage to the brain
