Stacks

Stacks (or regimens) are a group of common items with different intended purposes that work together for a greater overall effect. User's have made stacks for many goals such as: Cognitive Enhancement (Nootropic stacks), Working out (Pre-workout and Post-workout), Fat Loss, Aging (Longevity) and even Hangovers. You may build a stack with common supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs, and even things like recipes, water in-take, exercises, meditation, yoga, whatever you like. A sample stack for pre-workout could contain BCAA's for reducing fatigue, Caffeine for energy, and perhaps Nitrate. It really depends on your biology and goals, but when combined with reports from other user's and evidence based research presented on this site, it should be easy to determine the best product to buy or ingredients you should stack for your health goal.
